陜甘回變係指1862年－1874年於陜西，甘肅兩地發生的民變。因起事者多為回族或回民，因此稱為回變。該回變與境內或週遭省份的捻亂幾乎同時發生，在清朝無力兼顧下，因此聲勢頗大。1867年，清朝調左宗棠為陜甘總督，左宗棠以先捻後回變的各個擊破策略，於1874年先後將陜西甘肅兩省的該民變弭平。
