在影像診斷學中, 醫療影像儲傳系統(Picture archiving and communication system, PACS)是一種專門用來儲存、取得、傳送與展示醫療影像的電腦或網路系統，PACS這個名辭是由Dr Andre Duerinckx所提出。
醫療影像儲傳系統 (PACS) 的種類
完整的醫療影像儲傳系統可以由不同的醫學影像器材取得影像，如：超音波影像、核磁共振、Positron emission tomography、電腦斷層掃描、Mammography與X光攝影等器材。
而小規模的醫療影像儲傳系統則是由單一的醫療影像器材取得影像，通常這樣的系統會叫做mini-PACS。
