語言教育，泛指任何語言的教導行為與學習行為。其內容涵蓋文字形態、語音、語彙、語法、聽解、會話、閱讀與寫作等。一般人提起語言教育的時多半會聯想為外語的教學。 而在提及中文的語言教育時，多用國文或中文等字詞。
