胃炎（Gastritis）是指在胃部出現發炎的跡象，當胃部受到某種傷害時，白血球細胞會移至胃壁作出反應。胃炎並不一定代表該處出現潰瘍或癌症，而急性或慢性胃炎可透過感染幽門螺旋桿菌、膽汁倒流、進食某種食品或飲用過量酒精類飲品而引發的。
