2毫米(mm)－10毫米(mm)的紫色血塊。其他大小的紅色或紫色的血塊請參見：瘀點，瘀斑。

造成原因

---

• 血小板低下症
• 壞血病
• 对一些药物产生敏感
• 一些可以造成血管组织微弱的疾病
• 原發性血小板缺乏性紫斑症
• 一些免疫疾病

診斷測驗

---

• 完全血球計數 (Complete blood count)。
• 血小板計數。
• 先诊断该紫斑是何种可能疾病造成的。
