眼瞼痙攣(俗稱眼睛跳)，是指眼瞼肌肉不自控的痙攣現象。這現象可以同時發生於雙眼，亦有左右眼分別跳動的現象。

成因

---

據知眼瞼痙攣成因有三：

• 疲勞
• 精神緊張
• 攝取過多咖啡因

除此之外，亦有其他不明的成因。

治療方法

---

• 睡眠
• 減低咖啡因攝取量
• 使用眼藥水

民間傳說

---

中國民間傳說眼瞼痙攣是對未來發生事情的感應，有「左眼跳財，右眼跳災」的說法。更甚的甚至列出不同時間不同眼睛痙攣所代表的不同事情，但是這些說法尚待證實。
