引物(英文primer)，臺灣稱作引子，是一小段單鏈DNA或RNA，作爲DNA複製的起始點，存在於自然中生物的DNA複製（RNA引物）和聚合酶鏈式反應(PCR)中人工合成的引物（通常爲DNA引物）。
