加德士公司（Caltex）是由雪佛龍與德士古兩大油企於1936年組成的合營公司，其後兩大油企於2001年合併為雪佛龍德士古，加德士遂成為旗下的全資擁有。2005年中信資源以4500萬美元收購旗下加德士華南50.5%股權。
