Кафирниган - река в Таджикистане, правый приток реки Амударья. Общая протяженность 387 км, площадь бассейна 11,6 тыс. км², средний расход воды 156 м³/с. Берет истоки в Ромитском ущелье, к востоку от столицы Душанбе.
