Mintho (również Menthe, Mentha, Minthe,Μένθη) w mitologii greckiej była nimfą związaną z rzeką Cocytus. Kochanka Hadesa, zabita przez Demeter lub jej córkę Persefonę - żonę Hadesa. Z jej szczątków bogowie stworzyli miętę.
