De chador (in het Perzisch: چادر Châdor) is een Perzisch gewaad dat het hele lichaam behalve het gezicht bedekt. Het wordt met name gedragen door Islamitische vrouwen.

De chador maakt vrouwelijke vormen onzichtbaar.
