Association Sportive de Monaco Football Club is een Monegaskische voetbalclub, opgericht in 1919. Het werd een professionele voetbalclub in 1948. Ondanks het feit dat het een club uit Monaco is, heeft het altijd in de Franse competities gespeeld. De club heeft veel profijt van de gunstigere belastingregels in Monaco en wordt hierdoor met enige argwaan bekeken in Frankrijk.

In 1992 behaalden ze de finale van de Europacup II, in 2004 de finale van de Champions League. Beide finales werden echter verloren.
