ANSI: American National Standards Institute

미표준학회는 미국의 산업 표준을 제정하는 기구이며, 여기서 제정된 표준을 또한 ANSI라고 부르기도 한다. ISO에 가입되어 있다.

미국 내의 규격이지만, ISO에 앞서서 제정되는 경우도 많으며, ANSI 표준이 ISO 표준이 되기도 한다.
