三論宗（さんろんしゅう）は、仏教の宗派の1つで、インドの龍樹の中論・十二門論、その弟子提婆の百論の三論を所依（基盤とする）の経典とする論宗（経を所依とせず、論を所依とする）である。空を唱える事から、空宗とも言う。

中国隋代に吉蔵が大成し、日本には、625年（推古33年）に高句麗の僧の慧灌が伝え、奈良時代には南都六宗の1つとして栄えた。
