American National Standards Institute（ANSI, 米国規格協会）はアメリカ合衆国の工業的な分野の標準化組織であり、またここで定められた規格であることを示すためにANSIが使われる。日本の日本工業規格 (JIS)、日本工業標準調査会 (JISC)のような存在。ISOに加盟している。

アメリカの国内規格ではあるが、ISO等の規格に先だって決まることも多く、ANSI規格がISO規格になることも多い。ASCIIの、文字コード規格 (X.34)が、ISO646になるなどの例がある。
