記数法（きすうほう）は、適当な文字や記号と一定の規則を用いて数を表現する方法のこと。

  1. 世界の各地で、ローマ数字や漢数字（大字）などを使った独自の記数法（命数法）が存在する。
  2. 十進法や二進法などの自然数・整数の記数法については 位取り記数法を参照。
  3. 数を、有効数字と 10 のべきとの積の形で表す科学的記数法については、指数表記、SI 接頭辞などを参照。
