抗真菌薬（こうしんきんやく）とは、真菌の生育を阻害する抗生物質の総称である。真菌症の治療や、農薬として用いられる。細胞膜を阻害するポリエン系薬剤、エルゴステロール生合成を阻害するアゾール系薬剤、細胞壁合成を阻害するキャンディン系薬剤、DNA合成を阻害するピリミジン系薬剤などがある。
