専攻（せんこう、英: major）には、次の意味がある。

1. 特定の分野を究めようとすること、またはその分野のこと。
2. 学校で主に学ぶ分野。主専攻、副専攻。
3. 大学院の研究科に設けられる教育研究上の組織のこと。
4. 似た言葉に当該種別の学校の卒業者を対象とする専攻科がある。
