リガ湾とはバルト海の東、ラトビアとエストニアの間にある湾。

面積は約18000km²、水深は最大54m。 北にはサーレマー島があり、イルベ海峡でバルト海の他の部分と繋がっている。 沿岸の主な都市はリガ、パルヌ。注ぐ河川はダウガヴァ川など。
