Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) è un'associazione sportiva degli Stati Uniti d'America.
L'associazione fu fondata nel 1888 per uniformare e creare degli standard nelle attività sportive amatoriali o dilettantistiche.
Essa lavora strettamente con il movimento olimpico per preparare gli atleti che parteciperanno ai Giochi Olimpici.
L'AAU è suddivisa in 57 associazioni distinte, come:
