Where? Here is "this place"; the place where a thinking subject is, or places itself. This may at first seem to be an oxymoronic construct. Especially if we view this page - Where being here (where the thinking subject is) and here being where under the geography of this work. However if we take this as our founding premise we should be able to decipher the human concept of "Where" as being essentially opposite to here. yet this creates tension with the conception of There. If both (there and where) are abstract thoughts of what is literally and metaphysically not here in "this place". Then we can distinguish easily between the two as "there" being a definative location that is not of this (our, my, your and their) realm. Whilst "Where" can then be encapsulated as the infinative other place that is not definable.
Where is often used in mathmatical expression. For example: "Value = X,Y. Where X,Y is the horizontal and vertical location of an image" and "Where X = 2.34 and Y = 5.34 the value of Z will be 8.56"
