Summer rolls (also called rice paper rolls) are light wraps with shrimp, herbs, rice vermicelli, and other ingredients wrapped in rice paper, similar to spring rolls.

Summer roll is a typical Vietnamese finger food usually served in the summer. Unlike spring roll, summer rolls are not fried, and are served cold (the meat stuffing are pre-cooked).
