Hypothenar refers to a group of three muscles of the palm that control the motion of the little finger.
The three muscles are:
Disorders
"Hypothenar atrophy" is associate with the lesion of the ulnar nerve.
"Hypothenar hammer syndrome" is a common vascular occlusion.
