Diazepine is a seven-membered aromatic heterocyclic compound with two nitrogen and three double bonds.

When combined with benzyl groups, it is the basis of the benzodiazepine family of compounds. The nitrogens are usually at the 1 and 4 positions, but occasionally are at the 1 and 5 positions, as in clobazam.
