A beveled edge or beveled corner is an edge or corner which has been rounded down and is no longer sharp. In carpentry, bevelle-edges are common on counter tops and other furniture, as sharp edges are more dangerous and less aesthetically pleasing. Bevel angles can be duplicated using a sliding T bevel.

Many computer graphics programs provide both a rectangle tool and a "rounded rectangle" tool, the latter producing rectangles with bevelled corners. The radius of the bevel is typically a user-definable property.

Typography and geology have specific meanings of bevel.
