Almotriptan (Axert®, Almogran®) is a triptan drug developed by Ortho-McNeil for the treatment of migraine headaches. It is available in strengths of 6.25 and 12.5 mg as a tablet.

Almotriptan is available only by prescription in the United States and Canada.
