"Xuthal of the Dusk" is one of the original stories by Robert E. Howard about Conan the Cimmerian, first published in Weird Tales in 1934 under the title "The Slithering Shadow". It has more recently been published in the collection The Coming of Conan the Cimmerian (2003).
