You may mean the World Trade Center, a former business complex in New York City.
The World Trade and Convention Centre is a convention centre/office complex in Halifax, Nova Scotia. It is adjacent to the Halifax Metro Centre.
There have recently been talks of expansion, and there are possible plans to demolish or incorporate the Metro Centre for more exhibition space if Halifax was to ever get a new arena.
Its connection to the Downtown Halifax Link attaches it to over 1,000 four-diamond guest rooms (within the Casino Nova Scotia Hotel, The Delta Barrington, Prince George Hotel, The Delta Halifax) and over 100,000 square feet (9,000 m²) of meeting space, shopping, dining and entertainment options.
