A win-win strategy is any strategy that allows both, or all, parties involved in a negotiation or another activity to be successful to a degree.
In conflict resolution a win-win strategy is a conflict resolution process that aims to accommodate all disputants. The principled negotiation developed by Roger Fisher is such a strategy.
