Wilkerson Pass, at 9,507 feet (2898 m) above sea level, is a mountain pass within Pike National Forest, in Colorado. There is a Forest Service visitor center and a few short trails. Wilkerson Pass marks the eastern boundary of South Park.

The pass is traversed by U.S. Highway 24.
