West Barnstable is a village in the city of Barnstable, Massachusetts. Located on the north side of the city, West Barnstable is primarily residential and also includes Sandy Neck Barrier Beach. West barnstable also has the Great Marshes which are the largest marshlands on the cape. The villages population is about 3,500 and includes the Cape Cod Community College.
