Weißensee is a former borough of Berlin, Germany, named for a small lake within it. On 1 January 2001 it was incorporated into the borough Pankow.
Weißensee was first mentioned in the 13th century. Weißensee Cemetery, Europe's largest Jewish cemetery is located in Weißensee.
