Victory Records is a Chicago-based independent record label founded by Tony Brummel, featuring a wide variety of music since its inception, usually centered around hardcore punk. The label is seen by many as one of the largest and most important labels in underground punk music.

In recent years the overall roster of the label has included a greater number of emo and metalcore bands, as opposed to the label's early years which featured mostly hardcore acts.
