Varduli were a tribe that Roman historians report in Northern Hispania west of the Vascones and east of the Caristii and the Deba river. Their main city was Araceli (modern Uharte-Arakil, Navarre). They probably spoke Basque, being the modern Guipuzcoan dialect extended over the same area.
