The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit is a federal court with appellate jurisdiction over the district courts in the following districts:

These districts were part of the Eighth Circuit until 1929. The court is based at the Byron White U.S. Courthouse in Denver, Colorado. It is one of thirteen United States courts of appeals.

(a) Prior to January 8, 1996, Judge Porfilio was named John Porfilio Moore.

(a) Lewis was appointed to the bench of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 1921 by Warren G. Harding. 45 Stat. 1346 reassigned his seat to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

(b) Cotteral was appointed to the bench of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in 1928 by Calvin Coolidge. 45 Stat. 1346 reassigned his seat to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
