"Twenty Four Hours" and "Stand in the Sun" are songs by British rock band Athlete and were released 14 November 2005 as a double A-side single. "Twenty Four Hours" was taken from their second album, Tourist, while "Stand in the Sun" was a new song released for the single. The b-side for the CD version of the single, "Lay Your Head", was originally released as a bonus track on the Japanese pressing of Tourist. The b-side for the 7" version, "Before Tomorrow", was another new song. The single was the fourth and final single to be taken from that album, charting at #42 in the UK Singles Chart (see 2005 in British music).
