Tsarevich (Russian: Царевич) is a Slavic term for the Tsar's son. Under the Pauline house law, the term was discontinued, as the tsar's eldest son and Heir Apparent came to be called Tsesarevich and his younger brothers - Grand Dukes.

In olden times, the term was also applied to descendants of the khans (tsars) of Kazan, Kasimov, and Siberia after these khanates had been annexed by Russia. See Tsarevichs of Siberia, for example.
