Tom Smith is lead singer, lyricist, keyboardist and guitarist for Birmingham-based indie rock band Editors. He studied music technology at Staffordshire University. He is also dating Radio 1 presenter Edith Bowman.

He lost his voice during the recent SXSW and the band had to back out of the festival.
