(1574-1607), the second son of Tokugawa Ieyasu.

Hideyasu accompanied Toyotomi Hideyoshi on the Kyushu Campaign. Also being raised by Hideyoshi. In the year of 1590, Hideyasu was adopted into the Yūki clan. Receiving from his adoptive father Harutomo, a 100,000-koku fief. During the year of 1600, in the Sekigahara Campaign, Hideyasu captured Uesugi Kagekatsu. Afterwards being transferred in Echizen, with a 750,000-koku fief. He also kept protection of the Fushimi castle until his death in the year of 1607. Some say due to the way he was raised in the Toyotomi family, led to the way of his death. Echizen was then succeeded by his son Matsudaira Tadanao.

In the game Dawn of Dreams, Hideyasu becomes the main character and was known as Soki.
