Tim Leonard is co-founder (along with Ken McKelland) of Phoenix Labs (formerly Methlabs), the developers of the open-source firewall product PeerGuardian, among other internet privacy related applications.

Tim is currently running the technology arm of a new web-based company providing advanced extranet systems, websites and desktop media applications.
