Tim Davie (b.1967) is the BBC's Director of Marketing, Communications & Audiences. He joined the BBC in April 2005, from PepsiCo, and was Mark Thompson's first senior external appointment as Director General of the BBC. Prior to PepsiCo, Tim Davie worked at Procter and Gamble having studied English at Selwyn College, Cambridge. He is a Director of Freeview and DigitalUK. He is also a Trustee of Children in Need.
