Thomas Pearson Piper (b. 9th September 1983, Belmont NSW Australia) was born and raised in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia by Maureen Rosalie Piper. He has two siblings, Matthew James Piper and Alexandra Katherine Piper.

After attending primary school at both Charlestown Primary School and Dudley Primary School's, he attendant Whitebridge High School, followed by St Mary's High School Gateshead, and St Francis Xavier Secondary College Hamilton, NSW.

After leaving school in 2001, he was employed for a short period by Quix Food Stores Lambton, Newcastle before being offered a job by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where he earned various transfers and promotions before being posted to their Potts Point branch in the role of Assistant Branch Manager.

Thomas has since taken residence in Auckland, New Zealand where he works for Air New Zealand as a Business Class Flight Attendant.
