George Liquor is a recurring fictional character in cartoons produced by John Kricfalusi. Liquor was spun out to his own web-based cartoon during the days when the Spümcø studio had an online presence. He's a crass, offensive, ultra patriotic "man's man" that is used for comic relief and to fill authority roles.
In 1999, he appeared in the first profesionally produced Flash internet cartoon series. Without the control of a network, it could be as crude and crass as Kricfalusi wanted. It was rumored that it was originally created to be broadcast on TV. Although the Spümcø site is down, the episodes can be found online.
