The Cycles was created by Distinctive Software in 1989. It has similarities to Grand Prix Circuit, except it is a motorcycle racing sim.

How to play

More like a simulation than an arcade game, unlike Sega's Super Hang-On, you have no time to clear races. If you crash, you're out of the race. To win each race, get through finish lines. You can change the number of laps for a race.

Modes:

  • Championship: Choose your bike, not a track. If you're qualified for race, get ready to throttle.

  • Practice: Same as Championship. Choose your bike, choose your track.

  • Single Race: Choose a bike and track, and get ready to play!
