Telford Garden (德福花園) is a private housing estate located beside Kowloon Bay Station of MTR, Ngau Tau Kok, Hong Kong. It was the very first property project developed by MTR and the residential buildings were completed in around 1980 - 1981. There are altogether 23 residential blocks providing about 4,065 apartments. The whole estate is above MTR Kowloon Bay Depot. Telford Plaza (德福廣場), which had undergone substantial renovation in recent years, is the largest shopping mall in Ngau Tau Kok area.
