Taran Noah Smith (born on April 8, 1984 in San Francisco, California) is an American actor, most notably played Mark Jason Taylor on the show Home Improvement. At 18 he gained control of his States dollar|US$" target="_blank" >^*1.5 million trust fund, which he accused his parents of squandering.

He currently is working as a vegan caterer.
