Talia Shire (born April 25, 1946) is an American actress.

Born Talia Rose Coppola of Italian descent in Lake Success, Long Island, New York, she is the sister of director and producer Francis Ford Coppola. She was married to composer David Shire.

Shire first became famous for her roles in The Godfather and its sequels. Later she portrayed Adrian, the girlfriend, and later wife, of boxer Rocky Balboa in the Rocky movies. She was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for The Godfather, Part II and for the Best Actress in a Leading Role for Rocky.

She appeared in the romantic comedy The Last Guy on Earth (2006).

She is the mother of actors Jason and Robert Schwartzman and aunt of actor Nicolas Cage.
