Tai Po Road (大埔道 in Kowloon and 大埔公路 in the New Territories) is a second longest road in Hong Kong, spanning from Sham Shui Po in Kowloon to Tai Po in the New Territories of Hong Kong. Initially, the road is named Frontier Road.
Before the construction of Fanling Highway, the road reached Fanling and Sheung Shui. It is one of early major road in the New Territories.
The road begins at Nathan Road near Sham Shui Po, climbs over hills and reaches Sha Tin.
It continues northward along Sha Tin Hoi and Tai Po Hoi.
