The Sydney Swifts are an Australian netball team, playing in the national Commonwealth Bank Trophy. They are based out of the Sydney Superdome and Sydney Olympic Park Sports Centre in the suburb of Homebush. They are currently the only team representing the city of Sydney, since the 2003 demise of the Sydney Sandpipers. The Swifts are currently coached by Julie Fitzgerald and captained by Liz Ellis.

The Swifts have been among the most perenially successfully teams in the Commonwealth Bank Trophy, having won the premiership in two out of its seven years, been in the grand final in several more, and making the finals series every year so far. The team has been particularly successful in recent times, winning overall in 2004 and having a brilliant 2005 season, only to lose to the Melbourne Phoenix in the grand final.
