Sullys Hill National Game Preserve is a National Wildlife Refuge located on the shore of Devil's Lake in Benson County, North Dakota, within the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation. It consists of 1674 acres (6.77 km²) of marshes and wooded hills which are home to 20-30 American Bison, 25-40 Rocky Mountain elk, 20-30 white-tailed deer, and a colony of prairie dogs.

In 1904, Sullys Hill National Park was established by Theodore Roosevelt. Congress transferred it to the management of the Fish and Wildlife Service on March 3, 1931. It was a rare case of a national park being redesignated.

It was named after General Alfred Sully, son of painter Thomas Sully.
